Old time Dishnetwork customer coming back ?

I am thinking about returning back to dishnetwork. I had them for over 11 years before switching to Direct tv the last 3. Cost is the primary reason. Direct tv is way more expensive. Being away for awhile, how do dish customers like it now? Does anyone know the model number of the new PVR they are offering and how is it? Are they still nickle and diming on programming changes? Thanks in advance.

I have had Dish for about 10 years. I have the 722 dvr's & enjoy them. I have never had Direct so I can't compare the picture quality, but Dish HD is pretty good.

Each satellite provider has its fans. I have had Dish for 12 years. There have been issues regarding equipment failure and glitches. Still I have no plan to swicth. Dish's HD quality is awesome.
