*OK* PLEASE HELP A DUMMY RECORD ON ONE CH AND WATCH ANOTHER!

I guess i am older than i thought, when i schedule a program to record and the time comes to record it the screen comes up to change the ch or cancel the recording. this means i cannot record on one ch and watch another

I know it is just me, not knowing how to set it up in the MENU..................I need some help here, but please type very slow so i can understand your instructions.

722K only using one TV
211K

Since you just have one TV, put the 722K in single mode, which will default recording to TV2 tuner. Open right front panel door, press Mode button...light under single box.

I was trying to do that in the MENU:yikes

I totally forgot about that button behind the door (CRS)

Now that you are in Single mode you can use the picture in picture (pip) feature or just hit the swap button to instantly see whats on the other tuner.

yepper it's the 722K fer sure. not an issue, just ignorance on my part!!
