Ohio State vs Michigan

Boise State will never play in the championship because there strength of schedule does not compete. No large school will schedule Boise State because they are not in one of the powerhouse conferences in the BCS. Also Boise State is not in a BCS conference. This will hurt them every year. I bet you will only see BCS conference schools in the national championship games.

And because Boise kicks their butts on a pretty regular basis.

I'll still take a one loss Michigan over a two loss conference winner.

How many years do you have all six conferences with a two loss winner. It doesn't happen. You may have a couple conferences with two losses but you will normally always have at least an undefeated and one loss conference winner as well.

Miami DB Glenn Sharpe hits Ohio State's Chris Gamble as a ref looks on at the controversial play. AP

Obviously pass interference!

Here's another picture.

Come on....Lets not bring up old new cause you will lose the argument. Any Miami fan that wants to bitch about the late flag, can look at a couple things:

1) IT WAS PASS INTERFERENCE!!!
2) Before Miami got the ball back on thier game-tying FG drive, C. Gamble got the ball on 3rd down WITH BOTH FEET inbound, and the ref called it wrong. If instant replay was around, it would have been called a complete pass! First down and OSU runs the clock out. No OT....Game over!
3) If you have the ball 1st and goal at your opp 2 yard line and can't punch it in....YOU DON"T DESERVE THE TITLE! Don't say you didn't have a fair shot. Miami had a chance in the 2nd ot. 4 blown tries!

Its been almost 4 years now....let it rest!

Never thought I would be rooting for Notre Dame, but I'm so tired of USC. Jag, I know you're right, but a as a Michigan man i can only hope. It's not any year one gets a second shot at OSU.

Kirk Herbstreight had a great point last night during the Miami-BC game. He said the BCS wasn't created to prevent rematches, it was created to have the 2 best college teams play for the championship.

Actually the BCS could care less about match ups , it wants the best 2 teams first and formost, and the rest of the BCS games will be decided by Who gives Who a good game.

IF it does end up being M again, the Big Ten will be very happy, they get to keep BOTH teams shares of the BCS money in thier conference.

To be honest, I think half of USC's team would have to miss the bus, to lose next week.

Just don't see it in UCLA to pull the upset.
But, if they did, that would put Michigan and Flordia right back in the hunt, provided Flordia beats Arkasas, which could go either way. I'm interested to see how Flordia plays with everything on the line for them.
