Accidently purchased tonights fight on my receiver. Pushed the wrong button. I don't have a phone line hooked up but I have the fight on. What does this mean ? Is is too late to cancel it ??

Who wouldn't want a free fight but that's not what I am trying to do. I was just seeing what would happen if I pushed the purchase button. Why would it let me purchase it without a phone line hooked up?

Ya it's only right that I should pay for it . I am just wondering how they are even going to know I purchased it when I don't have a phone line hooked up. In my opinion it shouldn't have even let me purchase it.
They won't know until you either connect via phone or Internet or when you turn in the receiver. At some point you'll have to pay. Sorry

Very true. Back before I had HD, I ran several 301's, and would watch a ppv without hooking up the phone line. The receiver would let me watch maybe 2 or 3, then would not let me do anything until I hooked up. I don't think I ever got a bill for a ppv until at least 3 months had passed.

I believe the limit is 5 now. When Tailgating my friends and I tend to order some games and other "entertaining" stuff. I'm pretty sure we get shut down at 5 purchases. Obviously we don't have a phone or Internet connection then. But when I connect again when I get home the charges go through.
