Similar to a point I made earlier, in these situations it would help if Dish would make full use of the Significantly Viewed List, since there may be other nearby affiliates (not owned by the same company that owns the in-market affiliate) that are considered Significantly Viewed in these fringe areas where in-market OTA reception is not available (and where OTA reception of the "Significantly Viewed" affiliate is iffy) but these out-of-market affiliates are not currently offered as part of the Dish local packages. Disputes like these are precisely why we need full implementation of the Significantly Viewed license wherever possible.The crappy side is those just outside the OTA reach.
