Odd Problem with st3618 receiver

My 3618 will not give me any quaily or receive anything anymore. I did flash it to a 3688 and all was working fine and now I get nothing. I reflashed back to 3618 and still nothing.

I have voltage on the line and have tested that with a Signal meter.
I have hooked up other equipment and that works find.
I did get signal strenght and it goes to 0 when I remove the line.
I also connected it directly to a dish and still nothing.

Any ideas?

If your dish work with other receiver, but the 3618, it may has the problem at power supply or at the video section. If you know where to look at, take a looks any pop on the caps.
