I'm surprised he doesn't hire Barry Switzer. He is probably the best brown noser of a coach I ever seen. Here is how he got the Cowboys job:

Switzer: "Yes Mr. Jones! Anything you say Mr. Jones!"

It seems the only choice for the Raiders is to hire a high school football coach.

Yea young offensive minded guy. The thing i like about him he is a good recruiter so maybe he can get some good FA. His dad is a DC of Tampa bay so he has actual football experience. also he actually played ball in college. Me and alot of ball players like a coach who at least has played the game at some level.
