NYC HD Locals

I live in Charleston SC but maintain a summer home outside of NYC. My question is would I be able to get the NYC HD locals in Charleston when I move my equipment for the winter months

If your setup in Charleston allows you to see the 61.5 satellite and you don't report your move back then yes, you will.

Jay yes, I have a 61.5 dish because I could only get 50 on the 129 sat. So I needed a dish pointed at 61.5 to get the HD channels. Well thanks for the reply this should be a no brainer for me

Also note, the sd versions of the networks plus WWOR WPIX and WNET will follow you as well. The balance of the sd locals will not be seen in SC.
