I think most RV's use SD receivers, and according to "The List" both NY and Boston SD locals are on spot beams now.

That may be so, but there is no Dish Network SD receiver that can receive any of those locals on 61.5. That is because they are mpeg4. The SD mpeg4 channels are tests for an eventual all-mpeg4 service called the Eastern Arc.
I didn't realize any of the mpeg4 SD channels were available yet. If they are, could somebody in NY tell us how the PQ is on the SD mpeg4 channels? Can you toggle back and forth between mpeg-2 and mpeg-4 versions of the channels?
