NRTC question

At present I am subbed in Montana which means i am in the NRTC
group. What i am wondering is if I moved my service area can I still be in the NRTC billing area or should I change that as well.

Second question, how difficult is it to do?

All NRTC affiliates and Pegasus sold their customers and exclusive retailer rights back to DirecTV. Within 30-45 days you will DirecTVs property making the NRTC question mute.
