Now What?

Got up this morning to enjoy Voom.

Unit would not change to channel I wanted? Unit would show "no signal this channel" and then return to Monsters HD. Finally gott unit to change channel, then stuck on that channel.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?? Also, on what channels I can get, PQ seems worse than I have ever seen.

Factory Reset

Completed a factory reset. Unit working correctly, PG information came back quickly.

Experiencing sound dropouts on some channels. On some HD channels PQ is great, others bad.

Why would someone at Voom think that we would want to watch a movie with subtitles on Monsters HD?
