Not seeing 103 does any one have some helpful

I installed a new slimline dish and was able got the 99, 101...but could not get a reading on the 103 does any one have some helpful info or things to try?

What is your zip code?

How is the dish mounted; is it plumb/level?

What are the current coordinates in which you are aiming the dish?

As stated above be sure it is plumb...then check tilt as seen in the attachment below, check Elevation as in the Fortec El shot, you have the other sats so go to fine tuning... be sure you have enough side to side adjustment as in Az A, then slowly move the AZ and see if you get a signal on 103 checking the other sats to see if signal is getting better, if it is getting worse return... be sure and remember where you started and how many turns... get the other sats the best you can this way then go to the El adjustment and try it and do the same and see if 103 does not appear... good luck!
