Not getting HD signal and channesl on SL3PIG-WNC LNB with H21

Hi,
I'm having the issue getting no HD sat signal on my H21 receiver.

I have SL3PIG-WNC LNB and only one cable from dish to the H21 receiver.

All the SD channels come up but HD channels show no SAT Signal searching (771) msg.

I have BBC converter hook up to the receivers.

Also, setup as SLIM-3 with SWM in the sat setting.

What am i doing wrong?

It's either gonna be SL3 with BBC convertors OR SWM, which doesn't use BBC's.

what? removed the BBC converter?

Do you mean remove the BBC converter?

Then setup SL3 with SWM in the SAT setup.

Would you help explain what you just reply?

Either you have a swm setup or you don't. If you do, you don't need the bbcs. If you don't, then you do need them. If the model number of the lnb is correct, then you don't have a swm setup. Change it in the setup and see if that works.

The pig lnb is legacy ka/ku, not swm, so i would also recommend changing the setup to ka/ku or sl3 in settings. You do indeed need the bbc for this setup. No swm. Assuming your lnb part number is correct. Are you sure the dish is peaked correctly as well? Check your sat signals on 103c/99c. Make sure all are in at least the 80s if not 90s.
