It's not especially hard to do it yourself, and it's a great learning experience. The two most important things are this:
1: Pick a proper location for the dish, for line of site. It sucks to have to move a pole.
2: Make dead sure the pole is level before the concrete dries!
Everything else can be easily modified! But if either of those two things above are wrong, it'll cause you constant trouble.
