No Sound on 322 Receiver

This problem is not related to the TV or channel.

When I turn on the TV, there is no sound coming out from the receiver. I need to change to another channel or restart the receiver in order to get the sound back from the receiver. This is a problem when I need to TIMER RECORD a program.

Does anyone know what is wrong and how to fix this?
