no signal

I moved in house with slimline 3swm dish I hooked up my h20 receiver and have no signal. I tried with bband converter and without bband and still no signal. Do I need bband or not?

if it is a swm lnb you will need the power supply and not a bband. rerun setup

It sounds like you don't have the power inserter installed. Like HIFI says, you need it but you don't need the b band converters. Are you certain it's a SWM lnb?
