No signal in Lake Havasu

We mounted a dish 500 pointed to the South, followed all the settings for the zip code and nothing at all. I forget the settings, I'm not there now. We got 119 for a bit, no 110 at all. Has anyone had this problem there? Please help. We take our IRD from home and everything is ok at home.

I also live in lake havasu and have one dish(dish 500) pointed at 110 and 119 locations........no problems........and a second dish pointed at 61.5. You may need to get signal finder if your doing a self-install.

You've got to remember to do a Check Switch.

I ran an check switch, and it came back with "NO SWITCH DETECTED". We had a switch installed. SW21 I think.

Sounds like a wiring problem or something - of course it could be as simple as an aiming error.

Well, I guess we need to go through the whole thing. What's the receiver model? The EXACT setup at 'home'? The EXACT setup at the Lake? When I say exact, I mean exact DP vs. Legacy, switches, LNBF types, ALL of it.
