No resume option on in progress recording on Hopper 3

Did anyone ever get a resolution to this issue? I left Dish, came back and everything was fine on my Hopper 3. About a month ago I lost the ability to resume on a recording in progress. Called Dish. They said they cannot help. Come on Dish
I too can report that this feature has been broken. Occasionally you can use the workaround (pressing play rather than Go Live or Start Over) to get it to resume. But I just tried to do that this morning having begun on my J3 and then resumed on my H3. It went to live when I pressed play. :crying What a PITA!

I have never seen the resume on a recording in progress work, of course that is not something I do very often - I watch shows later in the day or the next day so it is no problem.
