Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone wanting to upgrade their package and have a work order set up.
I wanted to upgrade to the ~80/month package and i was told i had to call back after the work order was completed (installer to bring a bigger antenna so i can get all my locals). Installer should come on friday.
Since the prices gets locked if ya order before (on?) march 31 the prices are locked. Would kinda suck if ya have a work order due april 1 or 2nd, and you want to upgrade to the premium package.
Anways, just wanted to give a heads up.
EDIT MARCH26TH:
Called VOOM again as the antenna upgrade install was pushed forward. THis time talked to a csr who could upgrade the acct. He had NO idea why the other csr couldnt do it. Upgrade took all of 3 minutes for it to hit both boxes.
