no network HD Check LNB details

I come home from vacation yesterday and the network HD channels don't work, getting error 004 press power for 10 secs (reset) if problem continues, no help. Called Dish said eye on dish needs to be replaced must have been damaged, must be a lie because while on hold they were saying to press power for 10 secs also. Wants to send out repairman. Anybody know what's going on? Thanks. By trhe way all other HD works fine including new scifi, usa, cnn, etc

More helpful if you state your setup, i.e. receiver, dish type, switches, etc...

I've read other threads about the 004 error, it's referring to a bad switch. If you have a dish 500+, 1000+ or a wing dish for your locals, then it could be the internal lnb switch.... Or the lnb pointed for locals is bad, or bad coax cable going to wing dish/lnb
