No more Encore HD channel?

Dish never carried the HD feed of Encore West (341). The HD feed of Encore East (340) was a bonus for subscribers of AT250 with HD.


That explains it. AT250 only includes the west coast Movie Channel feeds, and Dish has never carried those in HD. If Dish had been providing the HD feed of The Movie Channel East, similar to the Encore situation above, maybe they have stopped doing that for AT250 subscribers.

The HD feed of Starz Encore East, channel 340, is also part of Starz.
Channels 341-347 and 377 are part of the Encore Movie Pack and are currently available only in SD on Dish. I believe there are HD feeds for Starz Encore Action and Starz Encore Black (formerly Drama) since 2011 as well as Starz Encore Classic and Starz Encore Suspense since 2013.

I believe the west feeds of The Movie Channel are also available in Dish Latino Max, but these feeds are currently not in HD on Dish.
