Bigger problem is the software numbers. Here is how the Top 50 game sales broke down:

NDS - 36
PS2 - 5
WII - 5
PSP - 3
360 - 1
PS3 - 0

wow!!!! wonder how bad the 360 is doing to the wii then too!
steven do you hate the Ps3? is that why you arent bringing up the 360 stats as well?
ahh our resident gaming guru has given us the numbers-truthfully the Ps3 isnt doing that bad, the wii is doing good, but will that last? I dont know, but I would think the Ps3 will pick up when more software comes out.

I dont hate the wii I only posted what the news story had,

How is the ps3 not doing as bad with the new numbers? The new numbers look worse for ps3 then better. 900k vs 2.5 million! Thats close to 2.5 has many. (give or take)

and the PS3 software numbers is even worse, and tahts where they really make their money.

Heck the PS2 is outselling the ps3 and I dont recall that happending when the ps2 laucnehd vs the ps1

Well the figures don't lie. I just wish it wasn't true. Than again if sony happy with this news, than I am to. Some one needs to light a fire under sony's feet.

You be a fool to buy a ps3 for the games now, if you don't already own one with the limited software. At least bring that home bull crap out, and that will give the ps3 owner something to toy with.

I am running out of porn movie and photos to put on my 120gig ps3.

Actually it did. It took over a year before PS2 sales were higher than PS1 sales.
The smaller PSONE came out right after the PS2 launch, and was selling like hotcakes.
