NHLCI Billing

Just curious, has everyone whom had NHLCI last year, received a letter or new billing for the 2008-09 version? I have yet to receive either. Maybe they forgot and Charlie is gonna give it to me for free

I received a letter a few weeks ago and they are billing the first installment this month.

Hmmm...maybe they forgot me again this year. Last year, same thing happened and I had to contact ceo@echostar office to get it added in the installment plan.
