Ok, a 222k should be showing you the NHL games in the low to mid 400's in HD, with a few in SD. I don't know why you're not seeing the HD feeds there. I haven't had a VIP receiver for several years now, and I don't remember the EPG menu setup options.

It was high 500s in past years. Low to mid 400s are where RSNs/alternates/big10 etc are
I think 574- to range.
Now they've put Big 10 alternate, Sec alternate, Pac 12 alternates in that range.

It's listed in HD on 5333 and 5339 for me.

I have a older receiver, have no problems with it. Guessing that's why the Center Ice channels are only listed in one spot.

What are these 5300 range channels you speak of?? They're not on mine nor the customer's house I was at earlier that was having CI issues - and yes, I toggled all channels on.

BTW, that customer could see all the NHL CI Channels in his guide, with all subscribed toggled on, but no games would play - until I arc swapped him to Eastern Arc

I believe that's the numbers on legacy receivers. Like Sirius/XM is in the 6000's.

My 722 shows CI channels in the 5300 range only. No map downs. This was free preview, as I don't subscribe to it.

I just checked and got the same thing here. NHL TV is showing the game with a CI/Dish subscription though.

Looks like none of the games the next few nights are showing up in the channel guides?? I know the free preview ended yesterday; but that shouldn’t affect CI subscribers.

It's where your dish is pointed. Eastern Arc is usually 61.5 and 72 and Western Arc is usually 110, 119 and 129.

I had the same issue, then I reset my receiver and it fixed it.
