I don't see the Chargers beating Oakland for the first time in 6 (now 7) years. ...
I think you have their records reversed. The Bolts have won the last 10 or 11 games with them, and the Raiders have lost their last 7 games on Monday night.

Yup, my bad. Chargers are going to rout them in prime time to make it 12 wins, im amazed this is one of the first Monday night games and after 6 consecutive 10-loss seasons it's amazing they keep getting prime time games at all, damn ratings :p

Great minds think alike!!!...:D

New Orleans didn't even punt in last years game, and I believe they only got to 3rd down once all game. Fortunate for Detroit, only 20 players remain from that game. Don't look for a similar blow out this year. Look for a different kind of blow out.:D

My picks are in bold.

Steelers over Titans- Since the NFL implemented the "Defending champ has a Thursday night opener," the home team is a perfect 5-0. :D

Falcons over Dolphins- Interesting game- battle of last year's storybook turnaround teams. I think it'll be close, but I give Atlanta the slight edge :D

Ravens over Chiefs- This is the worst possible scenario for KC- opening on the road against that scary Raven D, possibly no Matt Cassel, throwing one of their other QB's into the fire. :D

Panthers over Eagles- I like their running game more than Philly's.:eek::eek::mad:

Bengals over Broncos- Cincinnati is in perfect harmony compared to what the Broncos are going through. Also, Bengals have the edge in all offensive positions. Josh McDaniels is in for a long, long season.:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

Browns over Vikings- This is my upset special. I don't trust Favre at this old age.

Texans over Jets- Houston has great weapons- Sanchez has no offensive weapons other than Thomas Jones and Leon Washington.

Colts over Jaguars- No slow start for Indy this year- last year, Manning had surgery in July and it slowed him early in the season. This year, he's 100% ready- Jags are not the team of a few years ago. :D

Saints over Lions- Saints' offense + Lions defense = LOL :D

Cowboys over Buccaneers- Tampa has no great QB, fired their offensive coordinator, and have no great playmakers. Unless Derrick Ward runs wild, I don't like their chances against a Dallas team that looks like they may have better chemistry than they did a year ago. :D

Cardinals over 49ers- These teams are total opposites in terms of offensive playmaking ability.

Giants over Redskins- The Redskins have not fared well against the G-Men in recent years- a 3-7 record since 2004. :D

Seahawks over Rams- Seattle is starting at home, tweaked their roster, and are facing a team they have owned in recent years. :D

8-5 so far.
