I never said any of this information wasn't privileged, just questioned what the legal case was when roy added his usual flair / embellishments before tapping out and declining to back up what he said. You took up his cause for some reason.

For all we know someone on Freeman's side leaked it to continue to ratchet up the tension with the goal of getting his release. If you hadn't noticed, it worked. Why would you leak that while trying to find a trade partner? Point being show me how the leaker can be proved, or explain how that particular leak involves HIPAA. That's my question, it has gone unanswered.

I am waiting on your medial degree that states chemical abuse is not a medical issue, when there are tons of organizations medical and not who would disagree with you completely.

I will wait for your reply that more than likely will have nothing to do with the answer to the question.

When did I say it wasn't? I think you're just trolling now. You've completely changed the subject which was that there was that there's no HIPAA case and that legal action isn't likely because there's nobody to sue but an organization and it would accomplish nothing.

Do I really need to go back and quote everything we're talking about so you're able to follow along? Or are you and roy (who I was talking to) trying to make a case that every single player in stage 1 of the substance abuse program is addicted to something so someone leaking.

Freeman says he took the wrong drug for ADHD by the way, he isn't an addict, but that gets you a ticket into the program. Or do I need a medical degree to post that?

If the above reply has nothing to do with your question, I expect your next reply to quote specifically where we disagree, using our previous posts.

This is the first strike for anyone who takes any number of substances that are not PEDs, which put you in the program but also result in a suspension for first offenses I believe. Freeman then said that he took the wrong ADHD medication. We have little reason not to believe him since he hasn't been suspended, which suggests he's complied with the program thus far.

Roy suggested leaking his participation in a program could result in some form of HIPAA or legal ramifications, I said that's unlikely.

Nothing about addiction, neither disrespect or dismissing that, nor did I say that this leak isn't serious. There are a lot of players in this program and we only hear about it usually when they're suspended for multiple other offenses - which is why for us to know this it had to be leaked - he hasn't had other offenses.

I feel only Salsa actually needs this clarification, but putting it here instead of some 140 character chunks to finally put this tangent to bed.

I didn't post my comments 'to make myself look smart' (to the 8 people who post actively in this thread?) or to be insensitive about subjects I did not bring up. If you'd like to continue to call me out for some form of that you're welcome to, or we can 'stick to football' as you said on Twitter, and what I was doing until the replies about medical licenses and substance abuse started.

There is no heated exchange at all, I am not the one following YOU on Twitter, but for some reason you are following me. Also I didn't add Rey's twitter handle as if hiding behind mommy, I just made it clear to you of your flippant remark about substance abuse. Simple as that.

But like I told you in Twitter as I am telling you here, show some respect for people going through that situation and respect for some people here, and you might get some from here in return. I am done with subject, I have said my peace.

Like it or not,the Tampa Bay Bucs look bad in this situation & Josh Freeman looks like the victim.the release of health information on Freeman appears to be sour grapes on the part of the Buccaneers.

I don't disagree with much of that, but I also don't think it's impossible that Freeman's camp didn't leak anything themselves to try and help push for a release. Why would you leak negative information about your player while trying to trade him? There's a lot of ugly going on in Tampa, if Schiano can't make the best of this season he's probably done (haven't looked up his contract or anything but he was probably 'cheap') when it's over, if not sooner.

I just don't think there's anyone to sue here, much of this is business as usual, just got a little uglier and more public than it usually does.
