I dont know if KC can score. You talk about Oakland's O' Line and Philadelphia's O'Line, I think KC cant score at all. I mean they look defeated when they take the field. I mean sometimes you'll get upsets, that happens. But do you think KC can upset or beat anybody?

And to think Steelers fans continually have to put up with thier POOR O-Line ...

Steelers continually start people that are not playing in thier desired places, always playing a 2nd or 3rd string guy or bringing someone in of the scrap heap.
They drafted the best O lineman in the draft, unfortunately, he's injured and probably out for the year.

What is the "Redskin Rule " ?

Rey, I did some reseatch and looked at the roster of those loaded 1998-2003 Miami defenses?

Those were some damn scary dudes (Marion, Taylor, Thomas, Madison, Surtain, Trace Armstrong, Ogunleye, Knight)

Well the Redskins rule went out the window this year. They lost so that meant the Incumbent would lose and guess what he won. Oh well.

yeah they were sabres. too bad marino was at the end of his career. for a long time now we haven't been a complete team. if we had surtain and madison back there right now, wow! add jason too and we would be a top 5 defense at the very least!

Ya gotta take time to look at it from the other side as well...
The O line is poor, yes, however, if you had a QB for the last 3-4 years that is NEVER in the pocket and NEVER where they think he is, due to his scrambling ability, thats gotta be VERY DIFFICULT on the O line to be able to block properly not knowing where your QB is at.

When he doesn't get the ball out this applies, but he was getting sacked before his mobility (either as a positive or a negative) was becoming a factor. You call these plays and they call for a 3-7 step drop, a bootleg, etc, with specific protections. Then before you hike it, the QB/center bark out protection adjustments. Their line was breaking down routinely during his dropback, and well before he was either holding the ball too long or scrambling when he didn't need to. He was often scrambling because he was going to get hit right out of his drop.

Their OL problems far outweighed the problems Vick has had this year, at least this last game.

I hear there's snow potential for the games in the Northeast this weekend (i.e. Pats and Eagles).

If it's snowing in Foxboro... well, there goes our puncher's chance. The Pats haven't lost a snowy/bad-weather game in god knows how long.

Eagles lost Herremans thier starting RT for the season. He was the best O-lineman they had.So snow, sunshine, rain,or hail the Eagles are in deep doo doo Sunday.

It's snowing right now, but it's supposed to be in the 50's this weekend...

I would love to see the Colts get the last spot.
Everyone expected them to be nothing without Manning anymore .... Here's hoping that Luck continues to shine.

(unless they play the Steelers !)

They WERE nothing without Manning (see last yeara). EVERYONE knew Luck was special.

The Jaguars are a Cecil Shorts miracle touchdown from 2008 Lions discussion.

Honestly, at least that team had Megatron's 12 touchdowns. Will the entire Jags team even have 12 passing touchdowns at this rate?
