No it didn't. The Lions have the offense but they have zero defense. Hopefully they will finally be able to build the defense this off season.
It was really strange that the Browns would call a time out allowing Stafford to come back into the game.
I think they may have thought that Stafford was out of the game regardless, and called the timeout to regroup following the PI call.
Either way, that was a memorable sequence for the rookie.
