Yup, just came to post that link, he's not expected to be traded, so that was somewhat of an interesting coincidence. Doesn't mean it shouldn't happen though, they should get whatever they can for the guy that they don't deem is their starter. After his performances (against good teams) his trade value is likely far below what they'd want for him though.
Nothing is ever set in stone, but since Mangini came out and said he's not being traded, I'll believe that for now.
On a more realistic reason for the home sale, I bet it has a lot to do with Quinn realizing that he won't be reaching the playing incentives he expected of $11 million. Downsizing is the smart thing to do, especially if the whole NFL thing doesn't work out.
