News Hour in HD?

Now that The News Hour with Jim Lehrer is in HD when will we get the HD version on LA's KCET? Watched it last night and it is letter boxed but obviously not HD.

The same was true in East Lansing, Michigan. Digital letterbox but no HD on WKAR 23.2
