what kind of dish would i need ?... or setup to make it work, would like to have both c/ku band ?

For both C and KU you would need a 6-10 foot dish and a receiver and LNB and a dish mover. If you could settle for just KU you would need only a 30 inch dish (minimum) and a receiver/motor and LNB.
