So yesterday I installed a HR20 it replaced a old dual tuner tivo.

I installed a Sat C kit a couple of months ago.

The dish has been set-up for years and I have never had any trouble I usually get a signal between 85-100 on all transponders and all sats (101-110-119)

There is a total of 5 receivers total in my house.

1- HR20 Dual Tuner DVR.

1- Philips Dual Tuner Tivo.

3- Standard non DVR receivers.

On the dish there is a channel master SAM4402 multi switch seen here http://www.sadoun.com/Sat/Products/Channel-Master/6904IFD-Multi-Switch.htm

2 lines feed another multi switch in the basement that is a Perfect Vision PVMS-8EP seen here http://www.sadoun.com/Sat/Products/Perfect/PVMS-8EP.htm

then of course the lines go to the receivers.

Here is the problem when I put the HR20 on a HD channel the other receivers in the house lose some channels mostly the lower channels (4,5,9) locals.

I think that the Perfect Vision multi switch cant pass the correct voltage or the problem is with that multi switch any ideas guys?

I have tried to reset the HR20 something like 10 times now. I have tried resetting one of the others the problem still remains.

The HR20 won't work with that multiswitch. You must use the Zinwell WB68 switch.
