New R10 and I get a green screen :(

I get the message a severe error has occurred. I only had the system activated for like 15 minutes. :( Anything I can do to fix it or is it just dead. I already called valueelectonics about it and I couldn't get a clear answer about when I should get my replacement. They said that they are going to call their distributor and call me back. Thanks for you help.
 
Thanks. For some werid reason after leaving it on for about 1 1/2 hrs the unit now works. Hmmm. Also valueelectonics replied with an advance swap in 30 minutes after I called. Wow that is great service. I decided to keep the box for now so I called to cancel the advance swap. Hopefully I'm not making a mistake.
