New Hopper/Joey owner!

ALLRIGHT! Finally joined the brave new world of DVR and Sling! Longtime (20+ yrs) Direct TV user who took the plunge...Loving it so far, now on to searching the forum to figure out if I can use the Joey in my shop 125' away without burying cable. Have a brother who is a network tech and will set up my shop with house wifi thru a directional antenna, so maybe that will enable the Joey to work out there as well....

Got it in the house, and brother says he can get me set up in the shop with a good line of sight antenna. So.....wifi router to Joey, then HDMI to TV gets me set up????

And the iPad app is way cool, can't wait to experiment with this equipment on the road....
