I know how you feel about the wires....I've got so many wires running up by my roof I'm hoping nothing happens when it snows

A good quality (three pin) cable/satellite surge protector will work, but alas it is still not to NEC code!

What matters is what does not happen (BANG) As I say its not to NEC code but its the next best thing, I am sure you know how to best ground a system but for everyones benefit here it is again : )
