New display showing up

We have recently been having some type of display showing up on random channels on Dish. All accessibility controls are off.

Never seem anything like that but Im willing to bet that's its your TV and not the dish. You can test by connecting a DVD player or game console to the sane input the dish is on and see if it continues.

We just now saw that funny display while watching a recording on our Joey 4. It popped up for about a couple seconds. Wife says she has seen it bunches of times on our Hopper 3 Plus all last week. Hopper was then on version H382. It's now on H383.
