New D12 signal strength?

I apologize for this redundant subject. Also for the fact that I'm still viewing standard def. That being said, My new D12 signal strength on transponders 4, 12, 20, and 28 is around 60. All others are upper 90s, 100s and a few upper 80s. Is this OK? Thanks

Those transponders are used for spotbeams (for locals) and unless you are in one of the areas where they are pointed, you may see a much lower signal (even zero).
