I'm new for D*. Has been E* customer for quite some time, but dropped them.
Two days ago placed a new order with D*, but did not get an installation scheduled.
Something about scheduling down. For two days I've been trying to schedule it online and no go. It says a someone will contact me within 72 hours.
None so far.
Question is - what is average time from an order to installation?
And what to do if they will not call me me during 72 hours.
Kinda hoped to get it all installed by start World Cup.
How did they get 18 million customers?
No call during 72 hours - I cancel. What could be simpler - just fulfill an a simple order

Avg. time varies according to where you live.
What to do ? Personally, I would have called them back and scheduled it if it wasn't working online, I've never scheduled anything online with them.

When does World Cup Start ? Kinda late I think.

18 Million subs, they have a wide variety of programming and are much better than most Cable co.

I wouldn't wait 72 hours, what ya gonna do, sit by your phone for 3 days ?
Call them back when you get a few minutes ...
