New Channel Lineups coming when?

Hey everybody, I've had DirecTV for about 5 years now, and really haven't experienced a major change in programming lineup. Does anybody have any insight into when the changes will be made (if any)?

A second question I have is... If there is a major shift in channel line-up, how will that effect those of us with HR20's? I previously had a TIVO box, and when my local stations in KC changed network affiliations, my box would pick things up on its own. When a show changes stations on the HR20, I've noticed that I have to go in and manually change the programming. This really isn't an issue when you only have a couple of shows scheduled, but when you have 30+ that you have scheduled for main season and off-season...it gets a little hairy.

No official word on lineup changes. Possibly around Sept 15 when the new HD channels start launching.

Recording is based on name mostly, both show and channel name. I don't think a channel number change would be an issue.

There have been some number changes recently, maybe someone has experience with a series recording on one of those channels?
