I "moved" to a different zip code (about 10 miles away) a few years ago so I could get the Network channels. Now I need to upgrade so I can get the MPEG 4 stuff. So, I have a few questions.
Should I "move" back before calling to upgrade?
Should I just call and get the upgrade and tell the installer when he calls that he needs to come to a different address?
Should I be up front with the installer on why there is a different address and ask that he not say anything?
Advice would be appreciated. I don't post much but I'm always a lurking.
