Need Strong signal IA5 or G10R

I'm going to set up my FTA system next week for the first time and I want to start pointing to Intelsat Americas 5 (97 west) or Galaxy 10R (123 West).
Can you guys recommend a strong singnal/transponder for either of these satellites to make things easier for me when pointing?
I'm in Miami and have a winegard 76cm with a Xtreme II standard LNB and a lifetime ultra.
Other ideas are of couse very welcome.

Try 11805 SR 4.580 Horizontal. Getting 91% here on G10

12176 V 23000
