Still stymied by the self-install requirement. I've connected with CSRs on Facebook as well as over chat. Same story: there is NO escalation to take my issues to. I'm pretty sure that I'm not being "that guy" and getting blown off. I politely point out that while my request is a bit unusual, I've historically gotten in touch with someone in Dish who had the authority to issue a waiver for my circumstances. The answer is always "there isn't anyone."
Anybody here know better and how I might reach them? Thanks to all for reading/replies.
