Need Sat meter for 1000.4

Back to the original post, I figured out my problem. Bad coax between the satellite finder and sat. I connected the new cable and instead of my meter going off, it stayed on. I picked up 119 in about 30 seconds. I guess the bad cable caused my meter to go off.

Thanks to everyone that responded!!!

I went and downloaded the operating manual for this device. It specifically states that the meter was developed for use on Direct TV systems. It lists four options for sets of satellites it will scale. It does not offer the Dish Network satellites sets. It does offer 110 and 119, but not 129 and it doesn't show any of the Eastern Arc satellites. Is there software available for using this meter with Dish Network satellites? None was mentioned in the operating manual, although there is a data port for future upgrades.
If it's one thing I know, it's that technical manuals are often wrong. (Check my handle.) I've been using the Accutrac III+ for over a year with a 1000.4 on both Western & Eastern Arc sats. The meter works just fine. I use the meter while RVing & probably do more setups than a dish installer -- and probably more difficult as I often have to aim through trees or along telephone pole forest corridors. It's funny you mention using the Accutrac III+ with Direct (the meter's indended use) because the Direct guys have problems using this meter with SWM8-equipped dishes. Again, the meter works fine with Dish.

HD channel loss on Newer VIP722 but not on older VIP622.

722k keeps losing signal.
