I have received the sling adapter....connected it....got it working with my wife's computer...no problems. When I go to my account to get the refund/reward it shows my receiver not on line. When I go to My Equipment..it shows on line. After clicking around I see that the reward section shows the vin number for my VIP 222. It does not have the vin number for my VIP 722. What can I do....oh what can I do?
