need dish install completed right

have had dish for 3 yrs this may and just notice that the install at our new house was not done like the orginally install who do i need to contact to fix it.

Well, based on the NON-information you're giving, call E*

they hooked up the dish directly to the lines going into the house through 4 groundblocks no multiswitch so each receiver is hook up to a different line off the lnbf
so i was wondering who to call to fix this problem the install was done sucontractors in dfw

There is nothing wrong with your install. There is a switch in the lnb
