NCIS

I would love any NCIS spoilers you might have.
It's been a while since we checked in with SecNav Sarah Porter, no? Fear not: Leslie Hope will reprise her role in an episode slated to air in mid-October (the same episode that will introduce Stephanie Jacobsen as DiNozzo's new love interest). The episode, appropriately titled "Choke Hold," finds the team investigating the bizarre strangling of a Navy research scientist. Hmm, sounds like the kind of case SecNav can really get her hands around!

I'm glad I discovered "BONES" this summer I think CBS has moved down a notch on my recording list. When it was a current series I could just barely watch "JAG" now in reruns I am finding it more interesting and similar to good NCIS shows.

With the new team dynamic on NCIS, Tony really looks overqualified for his job. He’s been there forever. As part of his promised “growth” are we going to see him get a promotion?
OK, so I brought to showrunner Gary Glasberg everyone’s concern about Tony’s “growth,” He avowed, “It’s really important to all of us — it’s important to me, it’s important to Michael Weatherly — that the character of Tony DiNozzo continues to grow.” But outgrowing Gibbs’ team likely will never be a part of that. “That’s something that we at one point or another talk about…. But at the end of the day, as I have learned from real agents that I’ve spoken to, once you find a team that you feel comfortable with, that’s just where you stay,” Glasberg explained. “You become a part of the family, and that’s just what it is.”

There's nowhere for him to go but out someplace else. We all know Gibbs isn't going anywhere. Maybe he can open NCIS: Boise.

I believe this season will be better than last season. With Ziva leaving and giving NCIS late notice and then them finding a replacement for Ziva and then the death of Ralph Waite through it off!! imo I may be off but will give it a chance!! :)

Americans Russian Joins NCIS in Recurring Role, May Visit Spin-Off http://tvline.com/2014/09/05/ncis-season-12-lev-gorn-recurring-role/
The crossover is with the wrong NCIS office NCIS LA already has Russian Speaking agents. Why would they want false Southern accents speaking Russian. I think this is going to be the last year of NCIS and NCIS LA. Crossovers to try and make New Orleans is going to drag NCIS down. Monday night I think will kill NCIS LA without NCIS as a lead in competition is going to be felt, it really depends on what the other networks have on Mon.

Too many copies of the same thing will breed contempt. That and all those fake accents. I wish that CBS would go back to showing more shows with sci-fi . Extant has been good and even under the dome has done well. Why not try something like this in the fall season, rather than the 100 different flavors of NCIS and CSI? I know that sci fi never does well normally on network tv, but it seems to do well during the summer. How about trying another reboot of Lost in Space with more serious side and more drama and special effects?

I´d be for CBS trying new shows, instead of coming up with more NCIS and CSI spinoffs. Anyway, How about a NCIS Honolulu spinoff or something like that for a change.

I´m interested in checking out the ratings for Mondays on that timeslot. NCIS LA vs The Blacklist and Castle.
