I agree ...

Gibbs, McGee, Tony and Abby have to be there.

Ziva's spot has been in and out as has the Directors.

Ducky Will be replaced sometime, maybe soon, Palmer may take over for awhile till someone else comes along.

All the players could be changed, but it wouldn't be the NCIS we come to know.

I was disappointed when they killed off Jenny Shepard, never really liked Vance when he came on, he's better now, but his spot could change as well.

Eli's job is being moved to Mirina Sirtis Mossad Director, this I like to see as you don't see too many of the ST NG people doing others things to often.

Sorry to see Ziva leave. Her character is very intriguing. I'm hoping they don't kill her off in the end of her story so she can pop in from time to time.

I wouldn't mind seeing Vance go too. I think even his family story was forced into the show to give him some sympathy and to further Ziva's story line. Liked Jenny Shepard better ,since she came from All My Children and I watched her grow up on that show.

They didn't have to kill him, they could have just moved him back to Mexico and bring him back when they wanted.

While I like Ziva, I liked her better in the early years when she was a bad ass.

She's just another player at this point, well, we know that the Tony Ziva thing won't happen or at least last past this year, if Ziva does leave.

Is she making a huge mistake leaving ?
Possibly, probably ... however, if they play it right and she changes her mind and comes back later, which she could do provided they don't kill her off.
The obvious thing for them to do is have her move back to Massad with some type of job there, this way if she does change her mind they can bring her back ... Wish the would have done that with Kate, it would be great to have Kate come back to the team .

She could be making a big mistake if she doesn't have things lined up for after she leaves.

She could just be burned out on it, never know, needs a change of scenery.
