NBC Reorganizes News Division, Appoints Chairman

I am writing to let you know that we are creating a new division called the NBCUniversal News Group. This division will be composed of NBC News, CNBC, MSNBC and the Weather Channel and it will be led by Pat Fili-Krushel as Chairman.
