NBA League Pass problems

I have SBC/Dish and have been a subscriber to the NBA League Pass since last season. Now all of a sudden, I can no longer receive NBA TV (560) because it says I have to purchase the League Pass. No problem, as I figure I just have to call and sign up again for this coming season, but nope, that's not the case. I've talked to two different reps and both say that I am currently subscribed to the League Pass and they could not tell my why 560 is no longer appearing. So now I'm stuck. Anyone else having this problem? I was watching all the training camp shows on 560 and now I can't. Very frustrating.

When I call customer service via SBC/Dish, am I really talking to Dish people or SBC people?

Any ideas?
 
Finally got things figured out on my end. I get Dish through SBC and I finally got a hold of someone who knew what they were talking about. Turns out that SBC/Dish subscribers do not get the League Pass automatically renewed like standalone Dish subscribers, which is why I saw 560 disappear last week. All the previous people I had talked to confirmed I was a League Pass subscriber, but the guy I talked to tonight said they misread it and it says that I am a subscriber for the 04-05 season and I need to renew. Glad it all worked out, and now I have it back and can catch up on my Real Training Camp shows.
