Game 1 Eastern Finals
Took only a few minutes to polish off the rust of this Cavaliers Championship Train. we got 9 days off then for the Big 3 just playing 30 minutes or less they should be full ready on Thursday.
The bench with 39 points their best output in the playoffs my guess without looking it up. more important they never lost step while in there. Jefferson with 11 rebounds lead the team. we out rebounded them 45 -23 if this keeps up they won't win a game.
The game turned around when Shump came in his energy was off the chart. we were down 1 point. 11 min later we were up 18. game over.
Our mental toughness and preparation showed big time. the Raptors looked tired and confused. look for them to play much better in game 2.

I see the Cavs-Raptors series going 7 games. The Cavs will blow out the Raptors in game 5 in Cleveland, the Raptors will shut the Cavs down in game 6 in Toronto, rinse & repeat...

My prediction for this postseason in both the NBA & NHL, two words who the champions in both sports will be, [Oklahoma City] Thunder & [Tampa Bay] Lightning.
160 + seasons of total frustration will it please end say yes say yes.
This is the best team in all of those seasons getting to the Finals 2 years in a row. pressure was on them to perform in game 6, not a stumble in their Mission. test passed. they came out Guns blazing not giving those feisty Rap's a glimmer of hope. Like Champions should do.
Would love to get that home court so...... OKC make it happen.

If the Cavs don't get it done this time then they never will. No excuses, you have a healthy team and the warriors haven't looked dominant in this past series.
It's impressive no doubt but says more about OKC who seems to choke at the worse times.
If Golden State plays as sloppy against the Cavs as they did against the Thunder, they will get swept. They'll get blown away worse than the Raptors did, at least the Raptors could play defense(at home).
You've got to be kidding me. Golden State had the 4th best defense in the league during the regular season and their points per 100 possessions has markedly improved in the post season.
I saw sloppy shooting from the Warriors against the Thunder, sloppy shooting, sloppy passing & turnovers, passes not making it to their teammates, etc.... The Warriors were fortunate that the Thunder were playing worse than they were. The Cavs won't make those mistakes, & their minds are made up that they are going to win this thing. If the Warriors play the Cavs like they did against the Thunder, the Cavs will sweep them.
